About JPSA

Welcome to the Jefferson Parish Soccer Academy (JPSA), a non-profit organization committed to providing exceptional soccer programs to children of all abilities and ages at a low cost. At JPSA, we believe that soccer can be used as a tool to promote character development, mutual respect, and hard work, while also providing a fun and engaging sporting experience for our kids.

Our program stands out from the rest because we prioritize creating a purposeful, positive, and enjoyable environment for all levels of players. We have a team of experienced coaches who are dedicated to providing our players with the best soccer experience available. We also have strong partnerships with the Jefferson Parish Council, the Jefferson Parish Recreation Department (JPRD), and local businesses across the parish, which allows us to create a model that can be used for the betterment of our young people through sport.

Our Club Vision is to become a leading youth soccer program and resource center for emerging players and families where “FUN” is the name of the game. We are dedicated to continually creating a lifelong passion and love for the game of soccer, while also contributing to the community beyond the game. We accomplish this by providing our players with a well-organized soccer program that emphasizes positive character traits such as good sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork, effort, persistence, positive attitude, honoring the game, and respect for coaches, opponents, and officials.

We believe that the development of our players both athletically and socially is essential, and we achieve this by providing our coaches with continuing technical and tactical education to become Positive Coaches. Our Core Values reflect our commitment to providing quality coaching, fulfilling civic responsibility, encouraging academic success, providing a pathway open to all soccer players, building character, encouraging open honest communication, prioritizing player development over winning, creating a safe environment, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a love of the game.
